桂枝汤联合耳穴压豆治疗过敏性鼻炎患者临床症状的改善作用

摘要
目的 研究过敏性鼻炎采取桂枝汤联合耳穴压豆治疗时的影响.方法 对我院46例过敏性鼻炎患者展开研究,时间取2021年5月～2022年5月,随机分为两组,分别采取桂枝汤联合耳穴压豆治疗和常规疗法,比较疗效.结果 比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率、症状改善时间、炎症因子指标,数据有差异,P＜0.05.结论 对于过敏性鼻炎患者,在采取桂枝汤联合耳穴压豆治疗时,可显著提升治疗效果,另外用药安全性更高,可缩短患者症状消退时间.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Guizhi Decoction Combined with auricular point pressing bean on allergic rhinitis.Methods 46 patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital were studied.The time was from May 2021 to may 2022.They were randomly divided into two groups.They were treated with Guizhi Decoction Combined with auricular point pressing beans and conventional therapy respectively,and the curative effects were compared.Results The treatment effect,adverse reaction rate,symptom improvement time and inflammatory factor indexes of the two groups were compared,and the data were different(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with allergic nose,Guizhi Decoction Combined with auricular point pressing bean therapy can significantly improve the treatment effect.In addition,the drug is more safe and can shorten the time of symptom regression.
