摘要
目的 研究派瑞松联合甲紫溶液治疗真菌性外耳道炎的效果.方法 选取北京核工业医院耳鼻喉科收治的真菌性外耳道炎患者322例,随机分为两组,每组161例.对照组单纯应用派瑞松乳膏,观察组在对照组基础上,2周疗程结束后,在耳内镜下加用甲紫溶液,2周后收集对照组及观察组资料.结果 观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组痊愈率比较,观察组治疗痊愈率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组患者不良反应发生率的比较,患者出现轻度头晕、红肿以及耳痒等不良反应,观察组患者6例,对照组9例,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).两组患者生活质量评估数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 治疗真菌性外耳道炎时加用甲紫溶液使治疗效果更好,且不良反应无差别,可用于临床.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of peresone combined with methylviolet solution in the treatment of fungal external otitis.Methods A total of 322 patients with fungal external otitis treated in Beijing Nuclear Industry Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,161 in each group.The control group was only treated with Peisone cream,and the observation group was additionally treated with methylviolet solution under otoscope after 2 weeks of treatment.Data of the control group and observation group were collected 2 weeks later.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recovery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).There were 6 cases in the observation group and 9 cases in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Comparison of quality of life assessment data between the two groups showed statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of fungal otitis externalis with methylviolet solution has better effect,and there is no difference in side effects,which can be used in clinic.
