强力定眩胶囊联合倍他司汀对梅尼埃病患者的有效性及安全性评价

摘要
目的 探究强力定眩胶囊联合倍他司汀在梅尼埃病患者中的应用,观察其有效性及安全性.方法 选择2020年1月—2021年1月期间收治的梅尼埃病80例患者为研究对象,选择随机数字表法将80例患者分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40).对照组采取倍他司汀治疗,观察组采取强力定眩胶囊联合倍他司汀治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率.结果 经不同方式治疗后,观察组患者临床疗效高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者用药不良反应发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 对梅尼埃病患者采取强力定眩胶囊联合倍他司汀治疗可缓解患者出现恶心、头晕等情况且药物联合治疗未导致不良反应的发生,具有较好的临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of qianglidingxuan capsule combined with betahistine in patients with Meniere's disease,and to observe its efficacy and safety.Methods 80 patients with Meniere's disease from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the subjects,80 patients were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group was treated with betahistine,and the observation group was treated with qianglidingxuan capsule combined with betahistine.The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rates of the two groups were compared.Results After different treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(p＜0.05);The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of qianglidingxuan capsule and betahistine can alleviate the nausea and dizziness of patients with Meniere's disease,and the combined treatment of drugs does not lead to adverse reactions,which has good clinical application value.
