摘要
目的 探讨手术室消毒管理对行耳鼻喉外科手术治疗患者院感控制效果.方法 选取2020年2月-2021年2月我院开展常规手术室消毒管理下行耳鼻喉外科手术的62例患者为对照组,选取2021年3月-2022年3月我院开展强化手术室消毒管理下行耳鼻喉外科手术的62例患者为研究组,所有患者知情且同意本研究.结果 研究组手术室消毒管理质量高于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组各时段手术室菌落低于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组总院感率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在手术室消毒管理中,实施强化措施取得理想效果,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of disinfection management in operating room on the control of nosocomial sensation in patients undergoing ENT surgery.Methods A total of 62 patients who underwent ENT surgery under routine operating room disinfection management in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the control group,and our hospital carried out intensive operating room disinfection management from March 2021 to March 2022.The 62 patients who underwent ENT surgery were the study group,and all patients informed and consented to this study.Results The quality of disinfection management in the operating room of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);the bacterial colonies in the operating room of the research group were lower than those of the control group at each time period(P＜0.05);the total nosocomial infection rate of the research group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the disinfection management of operating room,the implementation of strengthening measures has achieved ideal results,which is worthy of popularization and application.
