盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液联合地塞米松注射液治疗中耳炎的临床效果

摘要
目的 探究应用盐酸左氧氟沙星联合地塞米松注射液对中耳炎的临床治疗效果.方法 本次选择106例中耳炎患者进行回顾性分析,患者收治时间为2020年1月至2021年1月.对照组(53例,行盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗);实验组(53例,行盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液+地塞米松注射液治疗).结果 相较于对照组,联合用药的53例患者不良反应发生几率更低,仅1.89％(P＜0.05);联合用药治疗的53例患者临床时间指标较短,其余53例患者恢复时间较长(P＜0.05);相较于对照组的78.38％,联合用药治疗的53例患者达97.30％,治疗有效率明显较高(P＜0.05).结论 在中耳炎的临床治疗行联合用药治疗能达到良好的治疗效果,治疗有效率显著提高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of levofloxacin hydrochloride combined with dexamethasone injection on otitis media.Methods 106 patients with otitis media were selected for retrospective analysis.The patients were admitted from January 2020 to January 2021.Control group(53 cases,treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops);The experimental group(53 cases,treated with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Ear Drops+dexamethasone injection).Results compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in 53 patients with combined medication was lower,only 1.89％(P＜0.05);The clinical time index of 53 patients treated with combined drugs was shorter,and the recovery time of the remaining 53 patients was longer(P＜0.05);Compared with 78.38％in the control group,53 patients treated with combined drugs reached 97.30％,and the treatment efficiency was significantly higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of otitis media,combined medication can achieve good therapeutic effect,and the effective rate of treatment is significantly improved.
