中药足浴联合针灸治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究

摘要
目的 探讨中药足浴联合针灸治疗变应性鼻炎的临床应用效果.方法 选取2022年1月至2022年6月我院收治的变应性鼻炎患者200例,将患者随机分为常规组(n=100)和联合组(n=100),常规组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂+氯雷他定片治疗,联合组采用中药足浴联合针灸治疗.观察比较两组患者治疗后疗效、症状积分及免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞介素-6/(IL-6)的表达情况.2组患者治疗时间均为4周.结果 治疗4周后,联合组患者的治疗有效率(93％)明显高于常规组(77％),联合组的症状评分明显低于常规组,治疗后的联合组患者的血清IL-6、IgE水平明显低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05).结论 中药足浴联合针灸治疗变应性鼻炎是疗效满意,患者依从性好,副作用小的变应性鼻炎治疗方法,减轻变应性鼻炎患者的痛苦,改善患者的生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 200 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into conventional group(n=100)and combined group(n=100).The conventional group was treated with furoic acid Mometasone nasal spray+loratadine tablets for treatment,the combined group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupuncture.The curative effect,symptom score and expression of immunoglobulin E(IgE)and interleukin-6/(IL-6)were observed and compared between the two groups after treatment.The two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment effective rate(93％)of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(77％),the symptom score of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,and the serum IL-6 level of the combined group after treatment,IgE levels were significantly lower than the conventional group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(p＜0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is a therapeutic method for allergic rhinitis with satisfactory curative effect,good patient compliance and less side effects.
