摘要
目的 评价眩晕患者治疗环节当中,采取中医辨证联合针灸方法,对患者临床症状改善、血流动力学评测值数据方面的影响趋势.方法 2022年1月～2022年7月研究时间段设置为研究样本采纳时间范畴,针对本院70例眩晕患者予以研究样本采样3,2400区组随机化分组,利用分组对照方法,探究治疗干预效果,对照组纳入的35例患者,开展西医治疗干预办法,实验组纳入的35例患者,开展中医辨证联合针灸方法,统计不同纳入组别患者的:(1)临床症状改善;(2)血流动力学评测值.结果 (1)临床症状改善:治疗干预计划实施后,实验组相比较之对照组,各项临床症状改善时间优化价值较为积极,(P＜0.05);(2)血流动力学评测值:实验组相比较于对照组,治疗活动影响下,实验组血流动力学评测值研究数据改善趋势较为明显,(P＜0.05).结论 眩晕患者治疗环节当中,采取中医辨证联合针灸方法,可及时促进患者眩晕、头痛临床症状改善,优化血流动力学状态,提升治疗效果,帮助病情发展稳定化,具有较高的治疗价值意义.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of vertigo patients on clinical symptoms improvement and hemodynamic evaluation data.Methods The study period from January 2022～July 2022 was set as the scope of the study sample adoption time.70 cases of vertigo patients in our hospital were sampled for the study,and the groups were randomly divided into groups.The group control method was used to explore the effect of treatment and intervention.The control group included 35 cases.For patients,western medicine treatment and intervention methods were carried out.35 patients included in the experimental group were carried out TCM syndrome differentiation combined with acupuncture.Results(1)Improvement of clinical symptoms:After the implementation of the treatment intervention plan,the experimental group compared with the control group,the improvement time optimization value of various clinical symptoms was more positive(P＜0.05);(2)Hemodynamic evaluation value:Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed a significant improvement trend in the study data of hemodynamic evaluation values under the influence of treatment activities(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of vertigo patients,TCM syndrome differentiation combined with acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of dizziness and headache in time,optimize the hemodynamic state,improve the treatment effect,and help stabilize the development of the disease,which has high therapeutic value.
