CT与MRI技术诊断鼻咽癌的临床意义分析

摘要
目的 探讨CT与MRI技术对鼻咽癌的诊断价值.方法 选择2021年3月-2022年3月收治的40例鼻咽癌患者,采取回顾性调查法分析其临床资料,所有病患均接受CT与MRI检查,评估以上两种诊断方法对咽喉部影像学、颅底影像学的诊断结果,评估诊断价值.结果 MRI诊断对鼻咽部(翼腭窝、颞下窝、海绵窝、口咽、咽旁间隙)受累情况检出率明显高于CT诊断结果,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);MRI诊断对颅底部(破裂孔、卵圆孔、斜坡、蝶骨大翼)骨质破坏情况检出率均明显CT诊断结果,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 MRI技术用于鼻咽癌诊断中,相比CT检查,鼻咽部和颅底影像学检查结果更突出,可以明确诊断病灶,同时为后期治疗及预后判定提供可靠参考,实现疾病早期明确诊断、及时治疗的目的.
Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT and MRI techniques for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 40 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who were admitted from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected,and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.The diagnostic results of imaging and skull base imaging were used to evaluate the diagnostic value.Results The detection rate of nasopharyngeal(pterygopalatine fossa,infratemporal fossa,cavernous fossa,oropharynx,parapharyngeal space)involvement in MRI diagnosis was significantly higher than that in CT diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The detection rate of bone destruction at the base of the skull(foramen ovale,clivus,and greater wing of the sphenoid)in MRI diagnosis was significantly higher than that in CT diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion MRI technology is used in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Compared with CT examination,the results of nasopharyngeal and skull base imaging examinations are more prominent,which can clearly diagnose the lesions,and at the same time provide a reliable reference for later treatment and prognosis judgment,and achieve early diagnosis of the disease.The purpose of diagnosis and timely treatment.
