法莫替丁治疗反流性食管炎患者的临床效果研究

摘要
目的 评估法莫替丁应用在反流性食管炎(RE)患者中的临床效果.方法 纳入2021年5月-2022年5月的40例RE患者,参照随机数字表法划分对照组(纳入20例,行奥美拉唑治疗)、观察组(纳入20例,加用法莫替丁治疗),评价组间治疗有效率、胃食管反流症状诊断问卷(GerdQ)、胃肠激素、症状评分、药物不良反应(ADR).结果 (1)较之对照组(70.00％),观察组治疗有效率(95.00％)更高,P＜0.05;(2)治疗前,组间GerdQ、胃肠激素、症状评分无差异,P＞0.05;治疗2个月后,观察组GerdQ、胃肠激素、症状评分更佳,P＜0.05;(3)在ADR方面,观察组(15.00％)与对照组(20.00％)无差异,P＞0.05.结论 对RE患者行法莫替丁治疗,可以提高疗效,促进胃肠激素复常,尽快缓解不适症状,加之ADR少,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Famotidine in patients with reflux esophagitis(RE).Method Forty RE patients from May 2021 to May 2022 were included,and were divided into control group(20 patients included,receiving omeprazole treatment)and observation group(20 patients included,plus motidine treatment)according to random number table method.Intergroup response rate,Gastroesophageal reflux symptom Diagnostic Questionnaire(GerdQ),gastrointestinal hormone,symptom score,and adverse drug reaction(ADR)were evaluated.Results(1)Compared with the control group(70.00％),the effective rate of observation group(95.00％)was higher,P＜0.05;(2)Before treatment,there were no differences in GerdQ,gastrointestinal hormone and symptom scores between groups,P＞0.05;After 2 months of treatment,GerdQ,gastrointestinal hormone and symptom scores in the observation group were better,P＜0.05;(3)There was no difference in ADR between the observation group(15.00％)and the control group(20.00％),P＞0.05.Conclusion The treatment of famotidine in RE patients can improve the curative effect,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal hormones,relieve the discomfort symptoms as soon as possible,and with less ADR,it is worth promoting.
