孟鲁司特钠联合玉屏风颗粒治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎患者的临床疗效及安全性分析

目的 研究过敏性鼻炎(AR)患儿行孟鲁司特钠+玉屏风颗粒治疗效果.方法 选择本院2021年1月-2021年12月收治的72例AR患儿,"随机取样法"分单一组(孟鲁司特钠,n=36)、联用组(孟鲁司特钠+玉屏风颗粒,n=36),两组疗效比较.结果 用药前比较中医证候积分、炎症因子无差异,用药后比较不良反应也无差异,P＞0.05;用药后较单一组,联用组中医证候积分更低;IL-6、IL-17及TGF-P1指标更低,IL-10指标更高;联用组有效率(97.22％)高于单一组(83.33％),P＜0.05(具统计学意义).结论 孟鲁司特钠+玉屏风颗粒治疗AR患儿能减轻症状、提高抗炎效果,达到预期疗效、安全可靠,值得推崇.
Abstract
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of montelukast sodium and Yupingfeng granule on children with acute respiratory allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 72 children with AR 2021 from January to December in our hospital were randomly 2021 into control group(N=36)and observation group(N=36),the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results There was no difference in TCM syndrome score and inflammatory factors before and after treatment,and there was no difference in adverse reaction after treatment,P＞0.05.Compared with the control group,the TCM syndrome score was lower in the Observation Group The levels of IL-6,11-17 and TGF-β1 were lower and the levels of 11-10 were higher in the observation group(97.22％)than in the control group(83.33％),P＜0.05(with statistical significance).Conclusion Montelukast sodium and Yupingfeng granule can relieve the symptoms,improve the anti-inflammatory effect,achieve the expected efficacy,safe and reliable,worthy of praise.
