摘要
目的 探讨血清白细胞介素细胞因子联合IgE在变应性鼻炎中的临床诊断价值.方法 选取2020年1月至2021年12月期间收治的变应性鼻炎患者124例作为患病组,选取同期本院接受健康体检的正常人80例作为健康对照组,对比两组研究对象IgE、IL-9、IL-4以及IL-17水平以及不同严重程度症状患者IgE、IL-9、IL-4以及IL-17水平,经ROC曲线分析IgE、IL-9、IL-4以及IL-17及联合检测在变应性鼻炎诊断中的应用效能.结果 患病组IgE、IL-9、IL-4以及IL-17水平明显高于健康对照组(P＜0.05);中/重症组患者IgE、IL-9、IL-4以及IL-17水平明显高于轻症组(P＜0.05);IgE、IL-9、IL-4以及IL-17以及联合诊断变应性鼻炎的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.845、0.932、0.982、0.994、0.993(P＜0.05).结论 IgE、IL-9、IL-4以及IL-17在变应性鼻炎患者中存在异常表达,且症状越严重其表达水平越高,可作为变应性鼻炎诊断的指导指标.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of serum interleukin cytokine combined with IgE in allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 124 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the diseased group,and 80 normal subjects who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy control group.IgE,IL-9,IL-4 and IL-17 levels in the two groups and IgE,IL-9,IL-4 and IL-17 levels in patients with symptoms of different severity were compared.The application efficiency of IgE,IL-9,IL-4 and IL-17 and combined detection in the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis were analyzed by ROC curve.Results The levels of IgE,IL-9,IL-4 and IL-17 in the diseased group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P＜0.05).IgE,IL-9,IL-4 and IL-17 levels in moderate/severe group were significantly higher than those in mild group(P＜0.05).The AUC of IgE,IL-9,IL-4,IL-17 and combined diagnosis of allergic rhinitis were 0.845,0.932,0.982,0.994,0.993(P＜0.05),respectively.Conclusion IgE,IL-9,IL-4 and IL-17 are abnormally expressed in patients with allergic rhinitis,and the more severe the symptoms are,the higher the expression levels are,which can be used as the guiding indicators for the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis.
