真菌性鼻窦炎应用地塞米松与鼻窦内窥镜联合治疗效果

摘要
目的 研究真菌性鼻窦炎采取地塞米松与鼻窦内窥镜联合诊疗的临床效果.方法 选取2021年01月～2023年03月就诊于我院的真菌性鼻窦炎患者研究,总例数78例,依据随机数字表法分组,2组均行鼻窦内窥镜术诊疗,基于此基础,对照组予生理盐水冲洗,治疗组予生理盐水+地塞米松鼻腔冲洗液,比较相关指标,如治疗有效率、炎性因子及鼻腔黏膜上皮化时间等.结果 ①治疗有效率:治疗组有效率,记录数值高于对照组(P＜0.05);②症状评分:治疗组流涕、鼻甲肿大及鼻塞头痛等,低于对照组(P＜0.05);③炎性因子:治疗组白介素-6、C反应蛋白(IL-6、CRP),低于对照组(P＜0.05);④鼻腔黏膜上皮化时间、纤毛传输速度:治疗组鼻腔黏膜上皮化时间低于对照组,纤毛传输速度高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 真菌性鼻窦炎采取地塞米松与鼻窦内窥镜联合诊疗效果确切,可改善鼻部症状,减轻炎性效应,促进疾病康复,具较高的运用价值,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of dexamethasone Mison combined with endoscopic sinus surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of fungal sinusitis.Methods A total of 78 patients with fungal sinusitis from January 2001 to March 2003 in our hospital were 2021.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.Both groups were 2023 endoscopic sinus surgery,on this basis,the control group was irrigated with normal saline,while the treatment group was irrigated with normal saline and dexamethasone.The related indexes,such as the effective rate,inflammatory factors and the time of epithelialization of nasal mucosa,were compared.Results ① effective rate:the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);②Symptom score:The levels of runny nose,turbinate enlargement and headache due to nasal obstruction in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);③ inflammatory factors:IL-6 and CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);④ epithelialization time of nasal mucosa and ciliary transport speed:the epithelialization time of nasal mucosa in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the ciliary transport speed was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion It is effective to treat fungal sinusitis by the combination of Mison and endoscopic sinus surgery,which can improve the nasal symptoms,reduce the inflammatory effect and promote the recovery of the disease.
