自制中药方联合米氮平治疗伴有睡眠障碍围绝经期综合征的疗效和安全性探讨

摘要
目的 探讨在控制伴有睡眠障碍围绝经期综合征患者病情的过程中选择自制中药方与米氮平的价值.方法 在随机情况下选择2021年2月～2023年2月在我院确诊为伴有睡眠障碍围绝经期综合征的100例患者,以入院单双数分组后每组50例,对照组实施米氮平治疗,观察组实施自制中药方+米氮平治疗.记录临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率,同时分析其睡眠质量及雌激素水平变化.结果 观察组50例患者经中西医联合治疗后临床疗效记录结果为(96.00％),较对照组结果升高(P＜0.05);观察组记录的不良反应发生率,较对照组无明显变化(P＞0.05);观察组睡眠质量评分、LH记录结果,较对照组降低;E2记录结果则较对照组升高(P＜0.05).结论 在伴有睡眠障碍围绝经期综合征治疗中,合理应用自制中药方联合米氮平的中西医结合方案可改善其睡眠质量及雌激素水平,确保治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of selecting self-made Chinese medicine and mirtazapine in the process of controlling the condition of perimenopausal syndrome patients with sleep disorders.Methods 100 patients with perimenopausal syndrome with sleep disorder diagnosed in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were randomly selected.50 patients in each group were divided into single and double groups after admission.The control group was treated with mirtazapine,and the observation group was treated with self-made Chinese medicine+mirtazapine.The clinical treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were recorded,and the changes of sleep quality and estrogen level were analyzed.Results The clinical efficacy of 50 patients in the observation group after combined treatment with traditional Chinese and western medicine was 96.00％,which was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions recorded in the observation group had no significant change compared with the control group(P＞0.05);The sleep quality score and LH record results of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;The E2 record result was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with sleep disorder,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combined with mirtazapine can improve the sleep quality and estrogen level and ensure the treatment effect.
