摘要
目的 鼻窦炎合并糖尿病患者术后的并发症护理措施及护理效果.方法 选取2019年6月～2021年5月期间于我院接受内镜手术治疗后出现并发症的80例鼻窦炎合并有糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(针对性护理干预)和对照组(常规护理)各40例,比较两组患者的护理效果.结果 观察组患者的护理满意度(97.50％＞77.50％,x2=7.314)高于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组患者在护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分[(37.15±4.08)分＜(44.23±3.75)分,t=8.080]、疼痛VAS评分[(1.93±0.43)分＜(2.77±0.46)分,t=8.437]、空腹血糖(FBG)水平[(6.85±0.81)mmol/L＜(7.67±0.89)mmol/L,t=4.310]、餐后2h血糖(2h PBG)水平[(8.67±1.08)mmol/L＜(9.44±1.23)mmol/L,t=2.975]低于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组患者的鼻塞消失时间[(4.42±0.52)d＜(6.09±0.71)d,t=12.002]、流脓涕消失时间[(5.47±0.63)d＜(6.75±0.78)d,t=8.265]、头痛消失时间[(6.17±1.02)d＜(7.54±0.96)d,t=6.186]比对照组更短(P＜0.05).结论 鼻窦炎合并糖尿病患者接受内镜手术治疗的过程中,实施针对性护理干预,减少并发症对于术后恢复的影响,减轻患者的身心不话,进而加快其病情康复.
Abstract
Objective Nursing measures and nursing effects of postoperative complications in patients with sinusitis complicated with diabetes.Methods A total of 80 patients with sinusitis complicated with diabetes who underwent endoscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research object,and were divided into observation group(targeted nursing intervention)and control group(routine nursing),40 cases each,to compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group(97.50％＞77.50％,x2=7.314)was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and the self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS)score of patients in the observation group[(37.15±4.08)＜(44.23±3.75),t=8.080],VAS score[(1.93±0.43)points＜(2.77±0.46)points,t=8.437],fasting blood glucose(FBG)levels[(6.85±0.81)mmol/L＜(7.67±0.89)mmol/L,Tt=4.310]and 2h postprandial blood glucose(2H PBG)levels[(8.67±1.08)mmol/L＜(9.44±1.23)mmol/L,t=2.975]were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).In observation group,the disappearance time of nasal obstruction[(4.42±0.52)d＜(6.09±0.71)d,t=12.002],the disappearance time of nasal discharge[(5.47±0.63)d＜(6.75±0.78)d,t=8.265]and the time of headache disappearance[(6.17±1.02)d＜(7.54±0.96)d,t=6.186]were shorter than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the process of endoscopic surgery for patients with sinusitis complicated with diabetes,the implementation of targeted nursing intervention can reduce the impact of complications on postoperative recovery,relieve the physical and mental discomfort of patients,and then speed up their recovery.
