不同药物使用及冲洗方法在儿童鼻炎的效果观察

摘要
目的 分析不同药物使用及冲洗方法在儿童过敏性鼻炎的疗效差异.方法 对180例确诊为过敏性鼻炎的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,在常规治疗即口服抗组胺药物及外喷鼻用糖皮质激素的基础上分别给予生理盐水-布地奈德混悬液负压无创鼻腔冲洗(90例)和生理海水喷鼻(90例),于治疗前及治疗后2周,对患儿的症状计分、鼻腔黏膜反应程度、睡眠质量进行评估分析.结果 治疗后患儿的症状计分、鼻腔黏膜反应程度、睡眠质量较治疗前均好转,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).各组间疗效比较,观察组在症状计分、鼻黏膜反应程度、睡眠质量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 生理盐水-布地奈德混悬液负压无创鼻腔冲洗对过敏性鼻炎患儿的疗效显著,能明显改善患儿的症状,降低患儿鼻黏膜反应程度,改善患儿的睡眠质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of different medication and irrigation methods on allergic rhinitis in children.Methods 180 children diagnosed with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group.They were treated with normal saline and budesonide mixture under negative pressure on the basis of oral antihistamine and external nasal injection of glucocorticoid Symptom score,reaction degree of nasal mucosa and sleep quality of no hi(90 cases)and Physiological seawater spray nose(90 cases)were evaluated and analyzed before and 2 weeks after treatment.Res u Its The symptom score,nasal mucosa reaction degree and sleep quality were improved after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Symptom score,nasal mucosa reaction degree and sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of negative pressure nasal rinse with saline and budesonide suspension on allergic rhinitis in children is significant,which can significantly improve the symptoms of children,reduce the degree of nasal mucosa reaction,and improve the sleep quality of children.
