耳鼻喉科疾病合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理体会

摘要
目的 探究对耳鼻喉科疾病合并糖尿病患者进行围手术期护理的效果及体会.方法 收集近两年来在我院科室进行治疗的糖尿病病例存档记录,患者自己愿意接受常规护理干预的纳入到对照组,合计30例,自己愿意接受围手术期护理的纳入到观察组,合计为30例,对治疗过程中的相关指标进行记录,对比两组治疗效果.结果 护理后,观察组的SAS评分比对照组显著降低,观察组的SDS评分和血糖水平和对照组相比,均表现出显著的差异(P＜0.05);对照组治疗有效的占比为80.0％,观察组治疗有效的占比为96.7％,SPSS22.0计算显示差异显著(P＜0.05).结论 对耳鼻喉科疾病合并糖尿病患者进行围手术期护理,可以提高治疗过程中患者的舒适度,减轻患者的焦虑,获得较为理想的治疗效率,值得临床借鉴.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and experience of perioperative nursing in patients with ENT diseases and diabetes mellitus.Methods The archived records of diabetes cases treated in the departments of our hospital in the past two years were collected.The patients who were willing to accept routine nursing intervention were included in the control group,with a total of 30 cases,and the patients who were willing to accept perioperative care were included in the observation group,with a total of 30 cases.For example,the relevant indicators during the treatment process were recorded,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the SDS score and blood sugar level of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group(P＜0.05);the proportion of effective treatment in the control group was 80.0％,the proportion of effective treatment in the observation group was 96.7％,and SPSS22.0 calculation showed that the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing for patients with ENT diseases and diabetes mellitus can improve the comfort of the patients during the treatment process,reduce the anxiety of the patients,and obtain a relatively ideal treatment efficiency,which is worthy of clinical reference.
