摘要
目的 探讨基于家属赋权的护理干预结合改良沟通技巧对儿童多导睡眠监测依从性及心理状态的影响.方法 选取2020年1月～2021年2月收治的82例睡眠障碍儿童,随机数字表法分组,对照组41例行常规护理,观察组41例行基于家属赋权的护理干预结合改良沟通技巧,对两组干预结果进行比较.结果 观察组依从性为97.56％,较对照组82.93％高(P＜0.05);两组SAS、SDS评分相比,干预前无显著差异(P＞0.05),干预后,观察组更低(P＜0.05);观察组各睡眠监测参数与对照组相比,有显著差异(P＜0.05);观察组监测成功率为95.12％,较对照组80.49％高(P＜0.05);观察组满意度为95.12％,较对照组78.05％高(P＜0.05).结论 基于家属赋权的护理干预结合改良沟通技巧在儿童多导睡眠监测中应用价值较高,可提高儿童依从性、监测成功率及满意度,还可减轻心理负担,值得应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of family empowerment-based nursing intervention combined with improved communication skills on children's polysomnography compliance and psychological state.Methods A total of 82 children with sleep disorders who were treated from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into groups.The control group received 41 routine nursing care,and the observation group received 41 routine nursing interventions based on family empowerment combined with improved communication skills.The intervention results of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance of the observation group was 97.56％,which was higher than that of the control group 82.93％(P＜0.05);There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05),and after intervention,the observation group was lower(P＜0.05);Compared with the control group,the sleep monitoring parameters of the observation group were significantly different(P＜0.05);The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.12％,which was higher than that of the control group,which was 78.05％(P＜0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on family empowerment combined with improved communication skills has high application value in children's polysomnography,which can improve children's compliance,monitoring success rate and satisfaction,and can also reduce psychological burden,which is worthy of application.
