集束化护理策略在ICU气管插管拔除后经鼻导管石化高流量吸氧患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的 分析集束化护理策略在ICU气管插管拔除后经鼻导管石化高流量吸氧患者护理中的可行性.方法 选择医院于2020年8月-2021年11月间收治的84例在ICU气管插管拔除后经鼻导管石化高流量吸氧患者,随机分组后,观察组患者接受集束化护理策略干预,对照组实施常规护理,总结护理效果差异.结果 观察组患者在集束化护理干预下,患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组,且护理满意度更高,组间数据差异显著(P＜0.05);患者血气分析结果显示,观察组患者的血氧饱和度以及二氧化碳分压等数据均优于对照组,数据差异显著(P＜0.05).结论 针对高流量吸氧患者临床护理的特殊性,运用集束化护理方法可以降低此类患者发生并发症的风险,并保证了患者满意度,是一种科学护理方案.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the feasibility of cluster nursing strategy in the nursing of patients with high flow oxygen inhalation via nasal catheter after tracheal intubation in ICU.Methods A total of 84 patients admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to November 2021 who were treated with nasal humidified high-flow oxygen inhalation after tracheal intubation extraction in ICU were selected.After randomized grouping,patients in the observation group received cluster nursing strategy intervention,while patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the nursing effect was summarized as poor.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group unsder the cluster nursing intervention,and the nursing satisfaction was higher,the data difference between groups was significant(P＜0.05);Blood gas analysis results showed that blood oxygen saturation and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion In view of the particularity of clinical nursing for patients with high flow oxygen inhalation,the application of cluster nursing can reduce the risk of complications in such patients and ensure patient satisfaction,which is a scientific nursing program.
