摘要
目的 探究全面护理干预应用在慢性咽炎护理工作中的价值体现.方法 本次研究于2020年8月至2021年8月开展,随机选择90例慢性咽炎患者为研究对象,所有患者均行雾化吸入治疗,依据不同护理方法将其中45例归为一组,采取常规护理干预,以参比组命名;将余下45例纳入一组,实施全面护理干预,以分析组命名.对比不同护理干预方法的实施效果.结果 在总治疗有效率方面,分析组高于参比组,P＜0.05;在生活质量方面,干预后分析组生活质量较参比组明显更优P＜0.05.结论 在慢性咽炎患者护理工作中采取全面护理干预的效果较常规护理干预更为明显,可辅助提高治疗总有效率,患者生活质量得到显著改善.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of chronic pharyngitis.Methods This study was carried out from August 2020 to August 2021,90 patients with chronic pharyngitis were randomly selected as the research objects,all patients received aerosol inhalation treatment,according to different nursing methods,45 of them were classified into a group,routine nursing intervention,named as the reference group;The remaining 45 patients were enrolled into one group and received comprehensive nursing intervention,named after the analysis group.Compare the effect of different nursing intervention methods.Results In terms of total effective rate,the analysis group was higher than the reference group,P＜0.05;In terms of quality of life,the quality of life of the analysis group was significantly better than that of the reference group after intervention(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the nursing work of patients with chronic pharyngitis,the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention is more obvious than conventional nursing intervention,can assist to improve the total effective rate of treatment,the quality of life of patients has been significantly improved.
