人文关怀在支撑喉镜声带息肉切除术手术室护理的应用

摘要
目的 探究在支撑喉镜声带息肉切除术的手术室护理中应用人文关怀的护理效果.方法 将2021年6月-2022年6月在本院接受支撑喉镜声带息肉切除手术的130例患者纳入本研究,根据护理方式不同分为常规组(n=65;常规护理)、研究组(n=65;人文关怀),对比护理效果.结果 研究组患者各项手术指标明显低于常规组,P＜0.05.研究组患者护理满意度明显优于常规组,P＜0.05.结论 在行支撑喉镜声带息肉切除术患者的手术室护理中给予人文关怀,可明显缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量等指标,提升患者护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing effect of applying humanistic care in the operating room nursing of supporting laryngoscope for vocal cord polyposectomy.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,130 patients who underwent laryngoscopic vocal cord polyposectomy in our hospital were included in this study and divided into routine group according to different nursing methods(n=65;Routine care),study group(n=65;Humanistic care)to compare the nursing effect.Results The surgical indexes of the study group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly better than that of the conventional group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care in the operating room nursing of patients with vocal cord polyposectomy by supporting laryngoscope can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss and other indicators,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
