舒适护理在鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中的效果观察

目的 研究鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者行舒适护理的效果.方法 样本遴选本院2020年5月-2021年9月收治的70例鼻中隔偏曲患者,均行鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术,"双盲法"分参照组(传统护理,n=35)、舒适组(舒适护理,n=35),两组疗效比较.结果 护理前比较生活质量无差异,P＞0.05;护理后与参照组比较,舒适组SF-36评分、SNOT评分更高;舒适组满意率(97.14％)高于参照组(82.86％),舒适组并发症率(8.57％)低于参照组(28.57％),x2=4.629,p=0.031,P＜0.05(具统计学意义).结论 舒适护理可减轻鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者的临床症状、提高生活质量及满意度,减少并发症、值得推崇.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of comfort nursing in patients with nasal septum deviation correction under nasal endoscope.Methods A sample of 70 patients with deviated nasal septum who were admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to September 2021 was selected,and all underwent endoscopic nasal septum deviated correction.The"double-blind method"was divided into the reference group(traditional nursing,n=35),the comfort group(comfort nursing,n=35),the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results There was no difference in the quality of life before nursing,P＞0.05;after nursing,compared with the reference group,the SF-36 score and SNOT score of the comfort group were higher;the satisfaction rate of the comfort group(97.14％)was higher than that of the reference group(82.86％),The complication rate of the comfort group(8.57％)was lower than that of the reference group(28.57％),x2=4.629,p=0.031,P＜0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can reduce the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients with nasal septum deviation correction under nasal endoscopy,and reduce complications,which is worthy of praise.
