摘要
目的 观察安全隐患自查模式在耳鼻喉手术室护理风险管理中的应用效果.方法 选取2020年5月-2021年10月本院耳鼻喉手术室70例患者,随机分组,每组各35例,对照组与观察组分别实施常规手术室护理风险管理与安全隐患自查模式,对比管理效果.结果 消毒隔离、护理安全、文件记录、环境管理、护理质量监控满意度评分方面,观察组较对照组高,而不良事件发生率比对照组低(P＜0.05).结论 耳鼻喉手术室护理风险管理过程中,安全隐患自查模式的应用有助于不良事件发生率降低,促进护理工作满意度的提高,值得临床采纳、推广.
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of self-examination mode of safety risks in the risk management of ear,nose and throat operating room.Methods From May 2020 to October 2021,70 patients in the ear,nose and throat operating room of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into 35 patients in each group.The control group and the observation group were respectively carried out the routine operation room nursing risk management and safety risk self-examination mode,and the management effects were compared.Results The observation group was higher than the control group in disinfection and isolation,nursing safety,documentation,environmental management,nursing quality monitoring satisfaction score,but the incidence of adverse events was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the process of risk management of otorhinolaryngology operating room nursing,the application of self-examination mode of safety risks can help reduce the incidence of adverse events,promote the improvement of nursing work satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical adoption and promotion.
