摘要
目的 分析围手术期手术室护理干预对鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者鼻内镜手术的影响.方法 于2020年11月-2021年10月开展研究,将本院收治的70例窦炎鼻息肉患者纳入研究样本,均采取鼻内镜手术治疗.以随机抽签分组,各35例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组开展围手术期手术室护理干预.对比干预效果.结果 观察组干预优良率高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 围手术期手术室护理干预可提升鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者鼻内镜手术治疗效果,降低术后并发症发生率,提升患者满意度,应用效果好.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention in the operating room on endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods The study was carried out from November 2020 to October 2021.70 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps treated in our hospital were included in the study sample,and all were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery.35 cases were randomly divided into groups.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received perioperative nursing intervention in the operating room.Compare the intervention effect.Results The excellent and good rate of intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(p＜0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p＜0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention in the operating room can improve the therapeutic effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve patient satisfaction,and have a good application effect.
