小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻的集束化护理干预效果分析

摘要
目的 分析小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻的集束化护理干预效果.方法 选取本院收治的小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻患者68例为本次研究对象,患儿纳入时间自2021年1月～2021年12月.按护理模式分组为参照组、研究组,参照组施行常规护理,研究组施行集束化护理.对比两组患儿的疾病症状消失时间、患儿家属护理满意度.结果 研究组小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻患者声音嘶哑、犬吠样咳嗽、喉鸣、呼吸困难等疾病症状消失时间短于参照组,患儿家属护理总满意率100.00％高于参照组88.24％,P＜0.05.结论 对小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻患者开展集束化护理干预可促疾病症状消失,并提升患儿家属护理满意度,效果显著.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of cluster nursing intervention in children with acute laryngitis complicated with laryngeal obstruction.Methods A total of 68 pediatric patients with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction who were admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The children were included from January 2021 to December 2021.According to the nursing mode,they were divided into reference group and research group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given bundled nursing.The disappearance time of disease symptoms and the nursing satisfaction of the families of the children were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of disease symptoms such as hoarseness,barking cough,larynx,dyspnea in children with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the total nursing satisfaction rate of the children's family members was 100.00％higher than that of the reference group,88.24％.P＜0.05.Conclusion The cluster nursing intervention for children with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction can promote the disappearance of disease symptoms,and improve the nursing satisfaction of children's families,with significant effect.
