小儿急性喉气管炎雾化吸入治疗中综合护理干预的实施效果

摘要
目的 研究分析综合护理对实施雾化吸入治疗小儿急性喉气管炎患儿的干预作用.方法 84例在2020年12月1日至2021年12月20日本院就诊急性喉气管炎采取雾化吸入治疗患儿纳入研究,抽签方式划分组别,参比组给予常规护理,研究组采取综合护理,比较效果.结果 研究组症状缓解时间、住院时间,在护理后均短于参比组(P＜0.05),不良反应发生率,研究组略低(P＜0.05),护理满意度,对照组略低(P＜0.05).结论 综合护理方式干预小儿急性喉气管炎采取雾化吸入治疗患儿,对其疾病症状缓解、治疗安全性等方面均能够产生促进作用,护理效果良好.
Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing on children with acute laryngotracheitis treated by atomization inhalation.Methods 84 children with acute laryngotracheitis treated by aerosol inhalation in a Japanese hospital from December 1,2020 to December 20,2021 were included in the study.The groups were divided by lottery.The reference group was given routine care,and the research group was given routine care.Comprehensive care,comparative effect.Results The symptom relief time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group after nursing(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was slightly lower in the study group(P＜0.05),and nursing satisfaction was slightly lower in the control group(P＜0.05).P＜0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing method intervenes in children with acute laryngotracheitis by atomization inhalation,which can promote the relief of disease symptoms and the safety of treatment,and the nursing effect is good.
