早期康复护理干预在老年脑梗死吞咽障碍患者中的康复效果研究

摘要
目的 对早期康复护理干预在老年脑梗死吞咽障碍患者中的康复效果展开系统分析.方法 利用EXCEL表统计遴选本院治疗的90例老年脑梗死吞咽障碍患者作为研究目标,按照随机数字法分为对照组(n=45)、观察组(n=45),统计时间为2020年4月～2021年6月,对照组行常规护理措施,观察组行早期康复护理干预,研究两组患者的护理满意度、吞咽功能情况与日常生活能力.结果 护理前,两组患者的日常生活能力评分无显著差异,P＞0.05.护理后,观察组与对照组相比日常生活能力评分较高,P＜0.05;观察组与对照组相比吞咽功能情况改善显著,P＜0.05;观察组(97.78％)与对照组(80.00％)相比护理满意度高,P＜0.05.结论 予以老年脑梗死吞咽障碍患者行早期康复护理干预可显著提升其护理满意度,改善吞咽功能情况与日常生活能力,建议临床不断深入研究与推广.
Abstract
Objective To systematically analyze the rehabilitation effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in elderly patients with cerebral infarction with dysphagia.Methods Using EXCEL table statistics,90 elderly patients with cerebral infarction dysphagia treated in our hospital were selected as the research target,and divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45)according to the random number method,and the statistical time was 2020.From April to June 2021,the control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,swallowing function and daily living ability of the patients in the two groups were studied.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of daily living ability between the two groups,P＞0.05.After nursing,the daily living ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P＜0.05;the swallowing function of the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group,P＜0.05;the observation group(97.78％)and the control group(80.00％))was higher than nursing satisfaction,P＜0.05.Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention for elderly patients with cerebral infarction with dysphagia can significantly improve their nursing satisfaction,improve swallowing function and daily living ability,and it is recommended to continue in-depth clinical research and promotion.
