针对性护理在鼻炎患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的 分析鼻炎患者在护理中,.由工作人员提供针对性护理服务的价值.方法 筛选50例鼻炎患者为样本,样本均自2020年1月～2022年1月入院,由工作人员在遵循随机、合理的原则下按照"随机抽样法"分组,对照组——常规护理,观察组——针对性护理,对比2组护理效果、生活质量.结果 观察组治疗依从性(96.25±4.84分)、护理满意度(96.24±2.84分)高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组各个维度生活质量评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 针对性护理的实施可改善鼻炎患者治疗依从性,避免依从性不佳对生活质量的影响,同时可提升其对本次护理服务满意度,值得借鉴.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of targeted nursing services provided by staff in nursing of patients with rhinitis.Methods 50 patients with rhinitis were screened as samples.The samples were all admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022.The staff were divided into groups according to the"random sampling method"under the principle of randomness and reasonableness.The control group-routine nursing,Observation group—targeted nursing,comparing the nursing effect and quality of life between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance(96.25±4.84 points)and nursing satisfaction(96.24±2.84 points)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05);the quality of life scores in each dimension of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing can improve the treatment compliance of patients with rhinitis,avoid the impact of poor compliance on the quality of life,and improve the satisfaction of this nursing service,which is worthy of reference.
