摘要
目的 针对性心理护理对减轻耳鼻喉部手术患者术后疼痛程度的效果.方法 选取我院收治的耳鼻喉部手术患者90例,随机分为观察组、参照组,各45例.参照组实施常规护理,观察组在参照组的基础上应用针对性心理护理.对比护理效果.结果 观察组SAS评分(49.65±5.42)分,优于参照组(53.67±6.11)分,差异明显(P＜0.05);观察组VAS评分(2.94±1.64)分,优于参照组(4.05±1.31)分,差异明显(P＜0.05);观察组PSQI评分(9.42±1.77)分,优于参照组(15.67±2.52)分,差异明显(P＜0.05);观察组满意度95.56％,高于参照组80.00％,差异明显(P＜0.05).结论 针对性心理护理可以在患者护理中发挥重要作用.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of targeted psychological nursing on reducing postoperative pain in patients with otolaryngology surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients with ENT surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a reference group,with 45 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given targeted psychological care on the basis of the reference group.Compare care effects.Results The SAS score of the observation group was(49.65±5.42),which was better than that of the reference group(53.67±6.11),with a significant difference(P＜0.05);the VAS score of the observation group was(2.94±1.64),which was better than the reference group(4.05±1.31).)points,the difference was significant(P＜0.05);the PSQI score of the observation group was(9.42±1.77),which was better than that of the reference group(15.67±2.52),and the difference was significant(P＜0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group was 95.56％,higher than The reference group was 80.00％,with a significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Targeted psychological nursing can play an important role in patient care.
