中耳炎护理中联合应用人性化护理/常规护理的效果观察

摘要
目的 分析及评估人性化护理与常规护理对中耳炎患者临床护理中实施 的效果以及临床价值.方法 基于电脑抽检法将采集时间为2017年4月至2022年4月我院148例中耳炎患者纳入本次研究当中,分为对照组(74例)、试验组(74例),对照组行常规护理,试验组行人性化护理联合常规护理.对比2组患者临床症状改善时间、护理满意度、护理前后心理状态评分.结果 试验组临床各项症状改善时间均优于对照组,组间数据代入统计学P＜0.05;试验组临床护理满意度各项指标评分均高于对照组指标评分,统计学代入计算结果P＜0.05;干预前2组心理状态评分比较无差异P＞0.05,干预后试验组的焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪、悲观情绪等评分全部低于对照组,代入统计学结果为P＜0.05.结论 针对中耳炎患者临床护理,开展人性化护理联合常规护理效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,提升其护理满意度,且对于缓解患者不良心理状态也尤为重要.
Abstract
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect and clinical value of humanized nursing and routine nursing in clinical nursing of patients with otitis media.Methods Based on computer sampling method,148 patients with otitis media in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2022 were included in this study and divided into control group(74 cases)and experimental group(74 cases).Routine nursing,humanized nursing combined with routine nursing in the experimental group.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,nursing satisfaction,and psychological state scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of various clinical symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the data between the groups was substituted into the statistical P＜0.05;the scores of various indicators of clinical nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the statistical results were calculated as P＜0.05.＜0.05;there was no difference in the psychological state scores between the two groups before the intervention,P＞0.05.After the intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression and pessimism in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group,and the statistical result was P＜0.05.Conclusion For the clinical nursing of patients with otitis media,humanized nursing combined with routine nursing has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their nursing satisfaction,and is especially important for relieving patients'poor psychological state.
