中西医结合护理对突发性耳聋治疗效果的影响分析

摘要
目的 研究突发性耳聋患者行中西医结合护理的效果.方法 样本遴选本院2019年6月-2022年6月收治的70例突发性耳聋患者,"随机取样法"分基础组(传统护理,n=35)、结合组(中西医结合护理,n=35),两组疗效比较.结果 护理前比较生活质量、心理情绪无差异,P＞0.05;护理后与基础组比较,结合组WHOQOL-BREF评分更高;SAS、SDS评分更低;结合组遵医率(97.50％)高于基础组(80.00％),x2=4.507,p=0.034,P＜0.05(具有统计学意义).结论 中西医结合护理可提高突发性耳聋患者的生活质量、改善心理情绪,优化遵医行为、值得推崇.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in patients with sudden deafness.Methods A sample of 70 patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 was selected and divided into control group(traditional nursing,n=35)and observation group(integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing,n=35)by"random sampling".n=35),the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results There was no difference in quality of life and psychological mood before nursing,P＞0.05;after nursing,compared with the control group,the observation group had higher WHOQOL-BREF scores,lower SAS and SDS scores,and higher compliance rate(97.50％)in the observation group In the control group(80.00％),x2=4.507,p=0.034,P＜0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Nursing with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the quality of life of patients with sudden deafness,improve the psychological and emotional,and optimize the behavior of medical compliance,which is worthy of praise.
