摘要
目的 分析呼吸道护理干预在蛛网膜下腔出血保守治疗患者中的应用效果.方法 随机甄选2021年8月-2022年8月在我院进行蛛网膜下腔出血保守治疗的患者60例参与本次研究,入组患者信封抽取方式随机分为2组,30例进行常规护理的患者记为对照组,30例予以常规护理的同时进行呼吸道护理干预的患者命名为探究组,观察两组患者的住院时间、肺炎发生率、并发症发生率和护理满意度.结果 数据分析:探究组患者住院时间较对照组短,肺炎发生率探究组明显小于对照组,并发症发生率对照组较探究组高,护理满意度探究组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 蛛网膜下腔出血保守治疗患者采用呼吸道护理干预方式,能够良好减短住院时间,还可以降低肺炎发生率和并发症发生率,患者的护理满意度也能得到良好提高,护理应用价值显著,应该在临床中依据患者的需求推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of respiratory tract nursing intervention in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage conservative treatment.Methods Random selection in August 2021-August 2022 in our hospital for 60 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage of conservative treatment in this study,the group of patients the envelope extraction method randomly divided into 2 groups,30 patients with routine nursing care of patients as control group,30 patients with routine nursing care of patients with respiratory tract nursing intervention at the same time,named explore group,The length of hospital stay,incidence of pneumonia,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results Data analysis:The length of hospital stay in the research group was shorter than that in the control group,the incidence of pneumonia in the research group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,the incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the research group,and the nursing satisfaction in the research group was greater than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions Respiratory tract nursing intervention in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage conservative treatment can reduce the length of hospital stay,reduce the incidence of pneumonia and complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.Nursing application value is significant,and should be promoted according to the needs of patients in clinical practice.
