综合护理应用于支气管哮喘伴过敏性鼻炎护理中的效果观察

摘要
目的 研究综合护理在支气管哮喘伴过敏性鼻炎护理阶段的实际应用效果.方法 于本院呼吸科2020年5月份至2022年4月份入院接受治疗的支气管哮喘伴过敏性鼻炎患者中选出76例,按照不同护理方法划分组别,即两组均为38例患者的观察组与对照组,前者进行综合护理,后者实施常规护理,对两组患者的肺通气功能指标、有效治疗率、依从率、护理满意率进行比较.结果 两个组别中的患者各自依从率分别为100.00％(观察组)、81.58％(对照组)护理满意率97.37％、78.95％;有效治疗率97.36％、76.31％;PaCO2(41.02±5.78)mmHg、(56.28±6.32)mmHg,FEV1(2.56±0.69)％、(2.14±0.52)％,FVC(3.91±0.52)V/L、FVC(3.47±0.47)V/L,PaO2(83.93±8.52)mmHg、(72.16±7.52)mmHg,组间数据比对具备统计学价值(P＜0.05).结论 支气管哮喘伴过敏性鼻炎在综合护理实际应用中将取得显著效果,既能优化疗效,又能切实改善肺通气功能,妥善处理护患关系,提升依从性,故此此种护理方法可广泛推广.
Abstract
Objective To study the practical application effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing stage of bronchial asthma with allergic rhinitis.Methods In our respiratory department from May 2020 to April 2022 admission for treatment of bronchial asthma with allergic rhinitis patients selected 76 cases,according to different nursing methods groups,namely two groups are 38 cases of the observation group and control group,the former comprehensive care,the implementation of routine care,the two groups of lung ventilation function index,effective treatment rate,compliance rate,nursing satisfaction rate.Results The compliance rate of patients in both groups was 100.00％(observation group)and 81.58％(control group)were 97.37％and 78.95％;The effective treatment rate was 97.36％and 76.31％;PaCO2(41.02±5.78)mmHg,(56.28±6.32)mmHg,FEV1(2.56±0.69)％,(2.14±0.52)％,FVC(3.91±0.52)V/L,FVC(3.47±0.47)V/L,PaO2(83.93±8.52)mmHg,(72.16±7.52)mmHg,Data alignment between groups had statistical value(P＜0.05).Conclusion Bronchial asthma with allergic rhinitis will achieve significant results in the practical application of comprehensive nursing,which can not only optimize the efficacy,but also effectively improve the lung ventilation function,properly handle the relationship between nurses and patients,and improve the compliance,so this nursing method can be widely promoted.
