耳鸣患者应用舒适护理干预对改善患者睡眠质量改善情况的影响

摘要
目的 研究耳鸣患者行舒适护理干预的效果.方法 数据取自本院2019年6月-2020年6月收治90例耳鸣患者,"随机取样法"分基础组(常规护理,n=45)、舒适组(舒适护理干预,n=45),两组疗效比较.结果 干预前比较睡眠质量、临床指标无差异,P＞0.05;干预后较基础组,舒适组PSQI值更低;SAS、SDS值更低,SF-36值更高;舒适组满意率(97.78％)高于基础组(86.67％),x2=3.873;p=0.049,P＜0.05(具统计学意义).结论 舒适护理干预能改善耳鸣患者的睡眠、减缓心理负担,提高生活质量、彼此间建立信赖度,值得推崇.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of comfort nursing intervention on tinnitus patients.Methods Data were collected from 90 patients with tinnitus admitted to our hospital from June2019 to June 2020.They were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing,N=45)and Observation Group(comfort nursing intervention,N=45),the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in sleep quality and clinical indexes before intervention,P＞GT;after intervention,compared with control group,PSQI value was lower,SAS,SDS value was lower,SF-36 value was higher in observation group;The satisfaction rate of the observation group(97.78％)was higher than that of the control group(86.67％),x2=3.873;P=0.049,P & LT;0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Comfort Nursing intervention can improve the sleep of tinnitus patients,ease the psychological burden,improve the quality of life,establish trust between each other,it is worthy of praise.
