摘要
目的 讨论甲状腺癌手术患者采用激励式护理的临床效果及对生活质量心理状况的改善效果.方法 入选76例甲状腺癌手术患者主要于2021年1月-2023年1月接受病情诊疗,应用随机摸球法分为对照组38例与研究组38例.对照组实施常规护理,研究组则在对照组基础上采取激励式护理.观察指标:心理状态、应对方式、生活质量.结果 护理后研究组心理状态改善情况明显优于对照组,P＜0.05;护理后研究组应对方式改善情况明显优于对照组,P＜0.05;护理后研究组生活质量改善情况明显优于对照组,P＜0.05.结论 甲状腺癌手术患者采用激励式护理利于心理状态,增强疾病积极应对方式,优化生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of incentive nursing in patients with thyroid cancer undergoing surgery and the improvement effect on quality of life psychological status.Methods A total of 76 patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery received diagnosis and treatment from January 2021 to January 2023,and were divided into control group(38 cases)and study group(38 cases)by random ball-touching method.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received incentive nursing based on the control group.Outcomes:psychological state,coping style,quality of life.Results The improvement of mental state in the nursing group was significantly better than that in the control group,P＜0.05;The improvement of coping style in the nursing group was significantly better than that in the control group,P＜0.05;The improvement of life quality in the nursing study group was significantly better than that in the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion The use of incentive nursing in patients with thyroid cancer surgery is beneficial to psychological state,enhance the positive coping style and optimize the quality of life.
