自我效能与自我护理联合干预对鼻咽癌放疗患者营养状态的影响

摘要
目的 探究对鼻咽癌放疗患者开展自我效能与自我护理联合干预的有效性.方法 将2020年5月-2022年5月作为病例选择时段,将我院80例鼻咽癌放疗患者资料以回顾性方式抽取,随机取样法分组(每组满足40例),对照组给予常规干预,观察组开展自我效能与自我护理联合干预.结果 护理后经与对照组相比,观察组患者营养状态良好,自我效能感较强、自我护理能力更高(P＜0.05).护理工作结束后经和对照组患者临床指标数值比较,观察组患者心理疏导、护理操作、服务态度等满意度各指标分值明显更高(P＜0.05).结论 对鼻咽癌放疗患者开展自我效能与自我护理联合干预,可强化患者自我效能感、提高其自我护理能力.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of self-efficacy and self-care combined intervention for nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy patients.Method From May 2020 to May 2022 as the case selection period,80 nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy patients in our hospital were retrospectively selected and randomly divided into groups(40 cases in each group).The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received a combination of self-efficacy and self-care intervention.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had better nutritional status,stronger self-efficacy and higher self-care ability(P＜0.05).After the nursing work was completed,compared with the clinical indicators of the control group patients,the observation group patients had significantly higher scores for satisfaction indicators such as psychological counseling,nursing operations,and service attitude(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of self-efficacy and self-care for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy can strengthen their self-efficacy and improve their self-care ability.
