观察手法复位治疗耳石症眩晕的有效性和安全性

目的 探讨耳石症眩晕患者实施手法复位治疗的临床价值.方法 经严格纳入排标准,选择80例耳石症眩晕患者(病例收集时间2021年3月—2022年3月),在随机数字表下做分组处理,组别记为对照组与观察组,前者应用耳石复位仪治疗,后者实施手法复位治疗,每组均40例;评估临床疗效、不良反应发生率、眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分、生活质量评分(SF-36健康调查问卷)并展开组间对比.结果 观察组较对照组临床总有效率显著高(P＜0.05);同时两组不良反应发生率比较(P＞0.05);治疗后两组DHI评分呈下降趋势,生活质量即SF-36评分呈升高趋势,且观察组更显著(P＜0.05).结论 耳石症眩晕患者实行手法复位治疗,可取得确切的治疗效果,促使患者症状显著改善,生活质量大幅度提高,且治疗安全性有保障.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of manual reduction therapy in patients with otolithiasis and vertigo.Methods After strict inclusion and sorting criteria,80 patients with otolithiasis and vertigo(case collection time from March 2021 to March 2022)were selected and grouped under a random number table.The groups were recorded as the control group and the observation group.The former was treated with otolith reduction instrument,and the latter was treated with manual reduction,with 40 cases in each group;the clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,Vertigo Disorder Inventory(DHI)score,and quality of life score(SF-36 health questionnaire)were evaluated.and make comparisons between groups.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P＜0.05);at the same time,the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared(P＞0.05).showed an increasing trend,and the observation group was more significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Manipulative reduction therapy for vertigo patients with otolithiasis can achieve definite therapeutic effect,which can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,greatly improve the quality of life,and the safety of the treatment is guaranteed.
