山东老年妇女生殖健康现状分析

摘要
目的 了解山东老年妇女生殖健康状况.方法 对山东省3个县1151名50 ～60岁的老年妇女进行生殖健康状况调查与体检.结果 ①调查对象中有流产、引产史525人,占调查对象的45.69％,其中,人工流产385人(73.33％),引产95人(18.10％).②调查对象中有899人已绝经,395人有绝经后自觉症状(43.94％),其中面部潮红盗汗269人(29.92％)、情绪易激动248人(27.59％)、失眠199人(22.14％)、头晕头痛172人(19.13％)最为严重.③70％以上的调查对象妇科检查有异常,10％以上有生殖道炎症.④x2检验显示,外阴、阴道、子宫异常均与分娩次数有关,即分娩次数越多,异常比例越大,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).另外,分娩次数还与绝经后症状,如面部潮红、盗汗、头晕、头痛、下腹疼痛以及反复膀胱炎等呈正比,即分娩次数越多,症状出现比例越大,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 应加强宣传,提供服务,重视老年妇女生殖系统疾病的普查普治,缓解更年期综合征,提高老年妇女生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To understand the situation of reproductive health status for elderly women in Shandong Province. Methods About 1 151 women aged between 50~60 years old from three counties of Shandong Province were on reproductive health status survey and physical examination. Results ① The investigation object was 525 people with induced abortion, accounting for 45.69%, among them, 385 person - times with induced abortion, accounting for 73.33%; 95 person - times with induced labor, accounting for 18.10%. ②The investigation survey showed 899 cases already in menopause, 395 cases with postmenopausal symptoms which accounted for 43. 94% among them including 29. 92% cases with facial flushing and night sweating, 24. 25% cases with raging, 22. 14% cases with insomnia, 19. 13% cases with dizziness headache that was the most serious. ③ More than 70% cases was abnormalities in gynecological examination and more than 10% cases was genital tract inflammation. ④The chi - square test displayed that the abnormalities in vulvar, vaginal, uterine were associated with delivery times, i. e. the more of delivery times, the more of abnormal proportion and the difference was statistically significant. In addition, the delivery - times were related to postmenopausal symptoms, such as facial flushing, night sweating, dizziness, headache, abdominal pain and recurrent cystitis. The more of delivery times, was the more of abnormal proportion and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion To strengthen the propaganda, to provide service, pay more attention to older women reproductive system diseases of general screening and treatment should alleviate menopausal syndrome, improve the quality of life in elderly women.
