Objective To analyze the related factors of anxiety and depression in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of reproductive age.Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,132 PCOS patients were included in the Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.The self rating anxiety scales,self rating depression scale and the eysenck personality questionaire-revised short scale for China were used to investigate anxiety,depression and personality trait of patients,and then collected the general clinical data and reproductive endocrine indicators for analysis.Results There were43(32.6%)patients had anxiety symptoms,and 51(38.6%)patients had depression symptoms.Anxiety in PCOS patients was related to menstrual color,infertility duration and neurotic.Depression was related to exercise habits,symptoms during menstruation and neurotic.Conclusion PCOS patients of reproductive age are prone to anxiety and depression,and infertility is one of the main stressors leading to anxiety.Abnormal menstruation and neurotic are risk factors for anxiety and depression.Exercise can reduce the probability of depression.In clinical practice,timely understanding of patients'mental health issues,alleviating negative emotions,and emphasizing the intervention effect of lifestyle regulation on PCOS should be emphasized.
