Best evidence summary of postoperative nutritional management in patients with gynecological malignancies
Objective To summarize the best evidence for postoperative nutritional management for patients with gynecological malignancies,and provide a evidence-based basis to postoperative nutritional management for such patients in clinical practice.Methods According to the"6S"evidence model,search the database from top to bottom for clinical decision-making,clinical guidelines,expert consensus,systematic review,original research,and other evidence related to postoperative nutritional management of gynecological malignant tumor patients.Four researchers independently evaluated the quality of literature methodology and extracted and summarized evidence based on the theme.Results Totally 11 articles were included,and 21 pieces of evidence were summarized from 6 aspects:nutritional evaluation,postoperative nutritional support approach,opportunity,food types,postoperative weight control and energy intake standards,and multidisciplinary nutrition management team.Conclusion The existing evidence is relatively rich,which is conducive to clinical nutrition management and scientific decision-making,improving the effectiveness of anti-tumor treatment for patients.
