Effect of intrauterine infusion of platelet rich plasma combined with Dingkundan in the treatment of thin endometrium
Objective To explore the effect of intrauterine infusion of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)combined with Dingkundan in the treatment of thin endometrium.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,90 patients with thin endometrium admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Science and Technology were selected,and the patients were divided into 3 groups by random number table method,uterine perfusion PRP group(30 cases),Dingkundan group(30 cases),combined group(30 cases),uterine perfusion PRP group was treated with uterine perfusion PRP,Dingkundan group was treated with Dingkundan,and the combined group was treated with intrauterine perfusion PRP combined with Dingkundan.The levels of blood flow parameters of uterine artery and endometrial spiral artery resistance index,endometrial thickness and morphology,menstrual blood volume,serum index,clinical pregnancy and complication rates before and after treatment were compared between the three groups.Results After treatment,the levels of blood flow parameters of uterine artery and endometrial spiral artery resistance index in the combined group were lower than those of uterine perfusion PRP group and Dingkuntan group,endometrial thickness was higher than uterine perfusion PRP group and Dingkuntan group(P<0.05).The proportion of endometrial morphology type A,menstrual blood volume,and serum indicators(PDGF-AB,PDGF-BB,TGF,VEGFA),pregnancy success rate in the combined group were higher than those of the uterine perfusion PRP group and Dingkundan group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of complications among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intrauterine infusion of PRP combined with Dingkundan is effective in the treatment of thin endometrium,which can not only effectively improve the endometrial blood flow and morphology of patients,but also improve the endometrial thickness and promote angiogenesis and repair,thereby increasing the success rate of pregnancy.It has high safety and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
