Analysis of influencing factors of vaginal spasm in women with unconsummated marriage
Objective To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of female vaginal spasm in visiting couples due to unconsummated marriage,and to provide evidence for exploring the sexual treatment of vaginal spasm.Methods From January 2020 to December 2022,94 women who came to Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital for unconsummated marriage were selected.The diagnostic scale of vaginal spasm provided by Yue Wenhao was selected.Combined with the clinical evaluation of sex therapists,they were divided into vaginal spasm group(n =47)and non-vaginal spasm group(n =47)by1∶1 unpairedmethod.Thetwogroupsweregiven the basic situation scale,the low libido scale,the sexual excitement disorder scale,the sexual intercourse pain scale and the sexual aversion scale,and the differences of the relevant data between the two groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in marital age,course of disease,premarital sexual behavior,sexual experience,sexual pain,sexual fear,and sexual aversion(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in education level,sexual knowledge,and economic status(P>0.05).Conclusion Sexual pain,sexual aversion,sexual fear and marital emotional relationship are the influencing factors of vaginal spasm.It is suggested that sex therapists should give patients PLISSIT intervention model,relaxation training,cognitive behavioral therapy,systematic desensitization therapy and sexual concentration training,so as to improve sexual concept,improve sexual arousal,relieve sexual pain,overcome sexual fear and sexual aversion,enhance the intimate marital relationship,and finally achieve sexual and family harmony.
