Application of digital subtraction angiography three-dimensional navigation technology in UAE patients and its influence on complications
Objective To explore the application effect of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)three-dimensional navigation technology in patients with uterine artery embolization(UAE).Methods The data of 105 patients with UAE who were treated in Hebei Maternity Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 and followed up for 3 months after operation were selected, including 50 patients who were treated with UAE under the guidance of routine angiography as the control group and 55 patients who were treated with UAE under the guidance of DSA three-dimensional navigation technology as the observation group. The postoperative clinical efficacy, operation time, complications and ovarian function index[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)]were compared between the two groups. Results Operation time of observation group(51.11±5.58)min was less than the control group(72.33±7.04)min,and the total effective rate(98.18%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,The LH level in the control group increased and was higher than that in the observation group, while the E2 level decreased and was lower than that in the observation group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in FSH levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group(9.09%)was lower than that in control group(30.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion UAE treatment guided by DSA three-dimensional navigation technology can shorten the operation time, reduce the impact on ovarian function, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the clinical efficacy.
