The prognostic value of serum expression levels of SCC-Ag,CK19,CA724 and VEGF in patients with cervical cancer after TACE surgery
Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag),cytokeratin 19(CK19),tumor-associated carbohydrate antigen 724(CA724)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in patients with cervical cancer after arterial infusion chemoembolization(TACE).Methods 160 patients with cervical cancer who underwent TACE surgery admitted to Shijiazhuang Fourth Hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were collected and divided into good prognosis group(125 cases)and poor prognosis group(35 cases)according to the prognosis.The patients'general clinical data,such as age,tumor diameter,pathological type and muscular infiltration and SCC-Ag,CK19,CA724,VEGF levels were collected for univariate analysis.Statistically significant independent variables were included in the Logisitc regression model to analyze the factors affecting prognosis,and the diagnostic value of independent risk factors affecting prognosis was analyzed by ROC curve.Results The prognosis of 21.88%of patients was poor.The expression levels of SCC-Ag,CK19,CA724 and VEGF in serum of cervical cancer patients in poor prognosis group were higher than those in good prognosis group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the elevated expression levels of SCC-Ag,CK19,CA724 and VEGF in the serum of cervical cancer patients were independent risk factors for prognosis(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that:the optimal cut-off points of SCC-Ag,CK19,CA724 and VEGF for poor prognosis after TACE surgery in cervical cancer patients were 27.65 ng/mL,17.39 ng/mL,11.84 IU/mL,292.92 pg/mL,respectively.The AUC values were 0.745,0.839,0.875,0.764,respectively,the AUC of the combined test of the four was 0.970.Conclusions The levels of SCC-Ag,CK19,CA724 and VEGF are the factors affecting the poor prognosis of patients with cervical cancer after TACE surgery,and have a certain predictive value for the patients'prognosis,and the combined detection of the four has the highest predictive efficacy.
