切脉针灸联合补肾益经汤治疗薄型子宫内膜患者的疗效研究

摘要
目的 探究切脉针灸联合补肾益经汤对薄型子宫内膜患者的临床疗效、中医症候积分、子宫内膜厚度和性激素水平的影响.方法 选取2021年8月至2023年1月在深圳市宝安区中医院妇科诊治的薄型子宫内膜患者60例.按随机数字方法分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组采用戊酸雌二醇+地屈孕酮治疗,观察组采用切脉针灸联合补肾益经汤治疗;比较两组治疗前后3个月临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度和中医症候积分、性激素水平及不良反应.结果 治疗3个月后观察组的临床总疗效率(90.00％)高于对照组(66.66％)、子宫内膜厚度(8.31±1.18)mm大于对照组(7.44±1.06)mm、中医症候积分(10.38±4.60)低于对照组(13.51±4.36),观察组FSH水平降低,E2水平升高,且观察组的FSH水平低于对照组,E2水平高于对照组;不良反应发生率(16.66％)明显低于对照组(40.00％),差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 切脉针灸联合补肾益经汤治疗薄型子宫内膜患者临床疗效较好,能够改善子宫内膜厚度,有助于调节性激素水平,减少不良反应发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of pulse acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Bushen Yijing Tang on thin endometrium patients,(traditional Chinese medicine)TCM symptom score,endometrium thickness and sex hormone level.Methods Selected 60 patients with thin endometrium who were treated in the Gynecology Department of Shenzhen Bao'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Group from August 2021 to January 2023.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate+didroxyprogesterone,and the observation group was treated with pulse acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Bushen Yijing Tang.Compared the clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,TCM syndrome score,sex hormone levels,and adverse reactions between the two groups before and after treatment for 3 months.Results After 3 months of treatment,the clinical total treatment efficiency of the observation group(90.00％)was higher than that of the control group(66.66％),the endometrial thickness(8.31±1.18)mm was greater than that of the control group(7.44±1.06)mm,and the TCM syndrome score(10.38±4.60)was lower than that of the control group(13.51±4.36).The FSH level in the observation group decreased,the E2 level increased,and the FSH level in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the E2 level was higher than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions(16.66％)was significantly lower than that of the control group(40.00％),and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Pulse acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Bushen Yijing Tang has a good clinical effect on thin endometrium patients,which can improve the thickness of endometrium,help regulate the level of sex hormones and reduce adverse reactions.
