Evaluation of the therapeutic effect of high intensity focused ultrasound combined with dinogest on adenomyosis
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)combined with dienogest in patients with adenomyosis. Methods A total of 120 patients with adenomyosis who received treatment in the Department of Gynecology of Cangzhou People's Hospital from October 2017 to February 2021 were selected and grouped according to the treatment method. The patients in the control group were treated with oral dienogest, and the patients in the study group were treated with HIFU on the basis of the control group, and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared,as well as the changes of ovarian function, dysmenorrhea, uterine volume and vascular related indexes before and after treatment. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group(88.33%)was higher than that in the control group(68.33%)(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of LH,E2 and FSH in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The dysmenorrhea score, menstrual flow score, uterine volume, vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and angiopoietin-2(Ang-2)level were significantly lower in the two groups than before treatment, and the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HIFU combined with dienogest in treating adenomyosis patients can synergistically improve clinical symptoms and related factors, without affecting ovarian function.
