The therapeutic effect of Ziwu Liuzhu acupoint method and interferon on persistent cervical HR-HPV infection and its impact on the vaginal microecology of patients
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Ziwu Liuzhu acupoint method combined with recombinant human interferon α2b on persistent cervical HR-HPV infection.Methods Collected 60 cervical HR-HPV infection patients who visited Shenzhen Hospital(Fu Tian)of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to December 2022,and randomly divided into the study group(n=30)and the control group(n=30),and the study group was treated with meridian flow injection acupoint method combined with recombinant human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent tablets,while the control group received recombinant human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent tablets.The improvement of HPV negative conversion rate,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,and vaginal microbiota were compared between the two groups.Results The HPV negative conversion rate,traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,and vaginal microbiota of the two groups of patients were improved after treatment compared with before treatment.① After treatment,21 cases in the study group turned negative,with a conversion rate of 70.00％.11 cases in the control group turned negative,with a HPV conversion rate of 36.67％.The HPV conversion rate of the study group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.01);② The study group was more significant in terms of improving Chinese medicine symptoms(P＜0.01);③Both groups showed improvement in various indicators of vaginal microbiota,the study group showed better improvement in white blood cell esterase,acetylglucosidase,and pH value than the control group(P＜0.05);④ The total clinical effective rate of the study group significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.001).Conclusion The combination of meridian flow injection and acupoint opening method with interferon in the treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection has a definite clinical effect,compared with simple Western medicine treatment,this method can significantly improve the vaginal microecology and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of patients,increase the negative conversion rate of HR-HPV,and is safe and reliable,it is recommended to promote its application.
