Analysis of the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with immunotherapy on the recurrent spontaneous abortion with blocked antibody negative
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined immunotherapy in recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)patients with blocked antibody negative.Methods A total of 202 RSA patients with blocked antibody negative treated in the Department of Reproductive Medicine of Shijiazhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected for the study,and divided into immune group(n=67),traditional Chinese medicine group(n=67)and combined group(n=68)according to random number table method.Active lymphocyte immunotherapy was administered in the immune group,while traditional Chinese medicine group received traditional Chinese medicine therapy,the combined group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and immunotherapy.The pregnancy status,blocking antibody status,inflammatory factors,immune cell level,pregnancy success rate and adverse reactions were compared in the 3 groups.Results The success rate of pregnancy in the combined group was higher than that in the immune group and traditional Chinese medicine group(P＜0.05).The levels of anti-CD3-BE,anti-CD4-BE and anti-CD8-BE in the three groups were significantly increased after treatment,and the blocking antibody level and blocking antibody positivity rate in the combined group were higher than those in the immune group and traditional Chinese medicine group;three groups showed a decrease in Th17 cell and an increase in Treg cell the levels,while Th17 cell level in the combined group was lower than the immune group and traditional Chinese medicine group,and Treg cell level was higher than the immune group and traditional Chinese medicine group(P＜0.05);the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)and IL-10 in the three groups increased after treatment,and the combined group was higher than the immune group and traditional Chinese medicine group(P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese medicine and immunotherapy can enhance the immune function and promote the positive conversion of the blocking antibody,which is helpful to reduce the inflammatory response and promote the success of pregnancy,this program has a high safety and is worthy of clinical application.
