Application study of acupoint injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine patches in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum
Objective To investigate the application effect of acupoint injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine patches in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods 72 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum admitted to Chuzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of vitamin B1 injection,while the observation group was treated with acupoint injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine patches in addition to the control group.Evaluated the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,vomiting scale score,anxiety and depression status score,biochemical indicators and treatment safety of two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(91.67％)was higher than that of the control group(72.22％),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the main traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores(nausea and vomiting,dry mouth and thirst,head swelling and dizziness,tongue redness and yellow coating scores),pregnancy specific nausea and vomiting quantification scale(PUQE),self rating anxiety scale(SAS),and self rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The levels of blood potassium,blood sodium,and serum albumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of urinary ketones were lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(13.88％vs.11.11％)(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine patches in hyperemesis gravidarum has a good effect,which can improve the therapeutic effect,improve traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and vomiting symptoms,improve negative emotions,increase the patients electrolyte and albumin levels,reduce urinary ketone levels,and ensure good treatment safety.
