A systematic review of thunder moxibustion combined with other therapies in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis

摘要
目的 系统评价雷火灸联合其他疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效.方法 计算机检索自建库至2023年5月中国知网、中国生物医学文献库、万方、维普、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science等数据库中关于用雷火灸联合其他疗法治疗肩周炎的效果的随机对照试验(RCT)的文献资料.由2名研究人员独立进行文献资料筛选、数据资料收集.应用Cochrane手册推荐的分类偏倚风险方法分析偏倚风险,应用RevMan5.4软件对纳入的文献数据进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入8个RCT,共636例患者.Meta分析的结果显示,与对照组比较,雷火灸联合其他疗法治疗肩周炎的总有效率[OR=5.36,95％CI(3.05,9.43),P＜0.05]和肩关节活动度Constant-Murley评分[MD=10.00,95％ CI(8.79,11.22),P＜0.05]更高,疼痛视觉模拟量表评分更低[MD=-1.55,95％ CI(-2.33,-0.77),P＜0.05].纳入的研究均未报告不良反应.结论 雷火灸联合其他疗法治疗肩周炎能提高治疗总有效率,减轻疼痛,并且提高肩关节活动度,安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective To systematically review the clinical efficacy of thunder moxibustion combined with other therapies in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis.Methods Articles of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on the effect of thunder moxibustion combined with other therapies in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis were searched from the inception of the databases to May 2023 across the following databases:CNKI,Chinese biomedical literature database,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,and Web of Science.Two researchers independently screened the articles and collected the data.The risk of bias assessment tools recommended in the Cochrane handbook was used to analyzed risk of bias,and RevMan5.4 software was applied to perform a Meta-analysis on the included articles'data.Results Eight RCTs involving 636 patients were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,the overall effective rate(OR=5.36,95％ CI[3.05,9.43],P＜0.05)and the Constant-Murley score of shoulder range of motion(MD=10.00,95％ CI[8.79,11.22],P＜0.05)of the observation group were higher,and the Visual Analogue Scale score for pain was lower(MD=-1.55,95％CI[-2.33,-0.77],P＜0.05).None of the included studies reported adverse effects.Conclusion Thunder moxibustion combined with other therapies in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis can improve the total effective rate of treatment,relieve pain,and improve the range of motion of the shoulder joint,which is relatively safe.
