Influencing factors of reactive hyperemia index in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of reactive hyperemia index(RHI)in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods The clinical data of 214 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM were retrospectively analyzed,and the influencing factors of RHI level in newly diagnosed T2DM patients were analyzed by the multivariate linear regression model.Results The RHI level of 214 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM was(1.53±0.36).There were statistically significant differences in RHI levels of newly diagnosed T2DM patients with different hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)levels,fasting blood glucose(FBG)levels,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels,and coronary Gensini scores(all P＜0.05).The HbA1c level,FBG level,hs-CRP level,and coronary Gensini score were independent influencing factors of RHI level in newly diagnosed T2DM patients(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Patients with newly diagnosed T2DM have lower RHI levels,and the HbA1c level,FBG level,coronary Gensini score,and hs-CRP level are influencing factors of RHI in patients with newly diagnosed T2DM.
